From our students studying at our vocational school, those who could not attend the Midterm Exams in the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester due to their excuses and want to participate in the Excuse Midterm Exams must fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu or apply in person to our Directorate with a petition and its attachments showing their excuses by 02 May 2024 at 24:00.
Students who want to apply online must log in with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, check and approve the information that appears, and follow the steps below.
· They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button,
· They must briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
· If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, they must upload the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,
After filling out the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Submit Application to Unit” button to complete the process.
Excuse exam applications for Common Elective Courses (OSD) will be made to the unit where the course is offered.
